How do I know which package is best for my home?

  • Welcome Porch – Our most versatile option, perfect for smaller entryways.

  • Festive Porch – A balanced, fuller look that suits most porches. Ideal for wide entryways or homes with lots of steps.

  • Grand Porch – Over the top in the best way. Designed for large porches, big gatherings, or anyone who wants a show-stopping seasonal display.

What happens at the end of the season?

  • If you’ve selected End-of-Season Removal, we’ll take care of all pumpkins and décor. Please remove any items you’d like to keep before your scheduled cleanup window begins.

Can I add extra decorations to my package?

  • Yes! Our Ornamental Add-On is a flat $125 upgrade that includes items like LED candles and seasonal flowers. It’s the perfect way to make your porch stand out even more, day or night. We hand select which items to use in order to create the most beautiful display possible!

Do you offer custom packages?

  • Absolutely. We love creating porch designs that go beyond our standard packages. Whether it’s a one-of-a-kind setup for your home, décor for an office or storefront, or a statement display for an event, we’ll work with you to bring your vision to life.

Where do you deliver to?

  • We deliver to KCMO, Overland Park, Leawood, Prairie Village, Shawnee, Merriam, Roeland Park, Lenexa, Mission Hills, Fairway, and Olathe. If you do not show up on this list, please contact us as we still might be able to assist you.

Do I need to pay when I order?

  • Yes. A credit card is required at checkout to confirm your booking. At this time we don’t accept Venmo, PayPal, or checks as forms of payment.

What can I expect with my delivery?

  • Customers can select a preferred delivery date during checkout. We’ll make every effort to deliver within that timeframe, but exact dates cannot be guaranteed. If you have a must-have-by date, please email us at jocoporchco@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to prioritize your order.

What is your refund policy?

  • All purchases are non-refundable. However, if you’d like to transfer your package to a different person or address, just send us an email at jocoporchco@gmail.com.
